Friends Game Show

Okay, all right, we have to talk about this friend's
game show. If you didn't hear in the later side
of the news, a new game show based on friends
is coming to Max.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Jim, you got to hand it to him.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
It's kind of brilliant, right, because when you're coming up
with ideas, what do you want to do? You want
to pick something that everybody like knows and shures about. Right,
it would be like doing a friend not Friends, it
would like be Seinfeld.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Or if this works, I mean, this can be a
whole new trend for game shows.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
I know That's what I was thinking too.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
So okay, I wanted to give you a little bit
about it because everyone's calling like, what do you do?
How does a Friend's Game show work? It's going to
be on Max and in honor of the sitcom's thirtieth anniversary,
they're launching this thing. It's called Fast Friends. So the
show's going to be filmed inside the Friends Experience. Do
you know that's that like seventeen thousand square foot attraction

that has eighteen nostalgia filled room.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Yeah I've never been, but yeah, yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Mean everybody talks about how cool that is in New York.
So you go in there. That's where it's going to
be filmed.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
And what's gonna happen is there will be racing through
Rachel and Monica's apartment, darting across to Joey and Chandler's pad,
grabbing a coffee at Central Perk, and fans are gonna
relive their moments while being put to the test with
trivia and puzzles and games inside all of these scenes, right,
and then the winning.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
They're gonna have to try to get that mattress up
the stairs. Pivots, gibbitts, pivvots.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Oh my god, that would be so funny.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
The winning team will be crowned the Ultimate Friends Fans.
Production is set to begin in October. A release date
has not been announced.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
That's cool.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I wonder if they already have it cast, because that
would be cool if you could still get in on it.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
You know, I'm gonna look and see. I guess it
would already have been cast. I mean that makes sense.
And no release date. Like I said, they're thinking.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Oh, by the way, a new experience is gonna come
to Las Vegas too. If you missed it in New York,
They're gonna open it there all right, so pretty awesome.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
What else could they do? I think they could do?

Speaker 1 (02:04):
They could do Seinfeld, they could do cheers, curb your enthusiasm.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
What about love boat like a kind of thing. They
should do a love boat like on a boat on
a cruise ship.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
That would be cool.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
What about Small Wonder with that robot VICKI?

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Oh, I vaguely remember that show? Is that from a
long time?

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Oh god? Okay, yeah, New Girl?

Speaker 1 (02:34):
They could do something with that that was a huge,
huge hit.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Oh, Modern Family.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
They could do it on all the sets before they
close down any sort of production on a show.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
They should use it for games. This is going to
be a new thing. I love it. I love it.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Okay, Well, anyway it's said from Max, I will let
you know when it comes out release date, and just.
