Aaron Rodgers even port him to the Pittsburst STEAMUS.
Speaker 4 (07:45):
Camp and he's there. Last year.
Speaker 10 (07:47):

But Mike Toman he don't play that mess if you
either show up or you don't play. So Mike Tomlin
made sure that he got his He got his messes
across and did great touchdown. Aaron Rodgers is showing up.
And that's what I love about NFL football. You gotta
have give that some braids giving praise, praise Bredese. I
love giving that praise. You know what I also want
to say with NFL football, I'll be talking about some
(08:10):
of the teams that have big time players making big
time players that have actually shown up and they want
to be a part of a winning team.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
I want winners. I want people who want.

Speaker 10 (09:43):
They put what that cuff to say, Lord Stanley's cup.
You know you gotta know what they putting that cup.
Also got some things I want to talk about today.
Had a big time training at the office the day
the Law of the Attorney's got the middle and RDC
Ray Dela Cruz Resource Development. So Vinny half some guys
come up from berkside half the way talking about how
(10:04):
to go and stimulate if you kindly, I gotta tell
you what we're teaching right now. Nobody can really imagine
if you're the average ruler slate agent and.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
You're just out out there door knocking.
Speaker 10 (10:16):
Hey, you want to sell your house now? I don't
want to sell my house. Okay, well I'll come back.
I'll come back next week.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
You want to tell your house No, I told you
I don't want to sell my house. Okay, Well me
thee I'll come back next me. No, don't come back
next week. Okay? What about the loan overgus? Hey you
want to sell your house? No, I don't want to
sell my house. Okay, if come back next week.
Speaker 10 (10:36):
Hey you want to tell your house? I told you no,
don't come back no morn. Okay, Well what about being
sure guys? Hey you want to get some miss yours? No,
I don't want to noise yourans?
Speaker 4 (10:46):
Okay, come back next week. Hey you want some uch?
I told you know what about noise?
Speaker 10 (10:51):
Youurans?
Speaker 4 (10:52):
Okay? So now what do you do?
Speaker 10 (10:54):
You call eight hundred seven seven and two AC two
four eight hundred seven seven and two A take you forward,
because we teach you with the RDC team and attorney's
got Thibodeau. We teach you how to present a trust.
They need, they need asset protection. They gotta protict their assets.
Speaker 4 (11:12):
We have attorney to do specialize in state planning with
the RDC team.
Speaker 10 (11:16):
And also you let them know not only if you
put your property and a trust you can avoid probate,
you can also protect your assets and lawsuits and we
can give you a complication on that.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
And now you're different than the people trying to say
you want to sell your house, or you want to
refinance your house, or do you need insurans talk to
them about protecting their access. You got to protect your assets.
Speaker 10 (11:40):
And now you're different than the guys that don't have
anything other than do you want to sell your house
or refinancial loan or do you want insurance?
Speaker 4 (11:47):
And that's the thing about the RDC team.
Speaker 10 (11:49):
It's amazing and once you understand it, you can't you
can't say there's not a lot of people that can
meet it.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
That's why I'm saying today's special. With a special meeting.
You've got some praise. I love giving that praise my
story and I'm digging with it. You know.
Speaker 10 (12:01):
I want to also think when it comes to the
point of no return, there are a lot of people
in the business. You got to learn to change and
adapt or you can starve to death. In the real
of state business, we know sales are down. It's just
rich for a follow us about seven percent. But we
have a way of getting to to get more referrals.
(12:22):
It's called bestline business funding. You don't need a license.
You don't need a license. I'll talk more about that.
Bestline business funding all you need. If you're a business
owner only you need four items. Think about this four months,
think statements. Concurrently, you need to have five thousand dollars
a monthly processing.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
To your business. Second account.
Speaker 10 (12:45):
You got to be a business six month and we
fund every industry. And now you got to realize we specialize.
We specialized, which is important. We specialize in unsecure working capital.
We go up to five million dollars, no collateral, no appraisal,
no tax returns, no W two, no profit and loss
(13:06):
is based on your cash loan. We have already payoff
discounts and we can fund them one day. Now, if
you're a real estate agent, are insurance agent, are loan broker,
and you're trying to get someone to buy or sell
a house. You're trying to get someone to do an
insurance policy. Are some of this to buy insurance? They're
not interested in that, they already haven't. But every business owner,
(13:29):
you know, they own properties and if you get them
to realize, you can get them the money in one
to three days. And you get them one pays application,
four months, bank statements, if they process enough at least
five thousand dollars a month minimum revenue in their business
checking account and they've been in business six months, you
know you can get them some money and one of
two days. We don't fund them on the weekends. And
(13:50):
one of two days. Now, Oh, by the way, do
you know anyone looking to buy as all the property?
Because you can help them with that too, But you
lead by giving them at just the money. Most brokers,
if they don't work in the RDC team and the
big Z team, the only thing they can leave with
is do you know anyone looking at the buyer sella house?
Speaker 4 (14:07):
But if the answers no. A your insurance agents they
call me all the time. Hey, it just charleged. Yeah,
this is Carl.
Speaker 10 (14:14):
Hey, this is get the DO insurance company. I say,
he kind of have to get the DO insurance company.
Do you need some insurance already got insurance? Oh well,
would you might even tell me what your rate is?
I hang up. Now that's different than someone saying, mister
or missus businessman, our business woman, do you want some
money for your company? Do you need more money to
expand or buy merchants or whatever it is. Do you
(14:36):
need more money for your business? And the answers, we'll
sure if you could get it. To you in one
of two d's, but then one that pays application. Would
you be interested? Yeah, and then you make sure that
they have four month banks they've missed. They processed a
minimum of five thousand dollars a month they through their
business checking account, and they've been in business six months.
You tell them we specialize in unsecure working capital up
(14:59):
to five million dollars. There's no collateral, no appraisal, no
W two go attack returns, no property lock. It's based
on cash flow. We even have early playoff biscounts. We
can find them one day. You don't get that in
real estate. That's why Big C will have ten thousand
agents and brokers in the Big C team by the
end of twenty twenty five. I'm telling you right now,
(15:19):
there's an epimphany that happened today. I met some good
people at my office and they realized it started to
hit home for.
Speaker 4 (15:28):
A lot of people. It's starting to hit home.
Speaker 10 (15:30):
I met a doctor on the way to the attorney's
office this morning and I just told him I'm looking
to hire ten thousand people before the end of this year.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
And he said, what do you do.
Speaker 10 (15:38):
I said, we do cash and facts. We also do
specialize in state planning. And I gave him my card.
He gave me his card. He's always in it. He's
already an agents. He said, well, what I got to
be a part of it? I said, text me your name,
email and bone number.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
I sent it to Rick. But then about fifteen minutes
they sent the email to him the onboarding agents backus
best facts and now he has.
Speaker 10 (16:00):
A lot of network that people need money and also
he wants to help me employ people. You gotta get
that some braise you have not because your ask not
would be RDCPA.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
You can ask. You can ask.
Speaker 10 (16:12):
You don't have to take the time to go get
your license that might take you two or three months.
You don't have to come up with a few hundred
dollars to get a license for real estate or insurance
that may take you a month or two. You don't
need a license. The company does all the marketing, all
of it, but they can't help you open your mouth
when they're working on that part. But the AI a
robot that they're working on that part that you jay
(16:32):
out and open your mouth and after business. But outside
of that, you see the power of working with the
Big C team. Eight hundred and seven seven two AH
two four eight hundred and seven seven duo AC two four.
And I'll get more into that because it's powerlems, not
normal sports shows. But I'm the only sports show in.
Speaker 4 (16:49):
The black hole. They can give you some jobs, not
only a job to get a career.
Speaker 10 (16:54):
If you are determined to be a salesperson, have another
tool with your two box.
Speaker 4 (16:58):
Called pash it man, a catcher man.
Speaker 10 (17:03):
You do yourself an example, when you work with a
Big C team, you can be a rule estate agent,
rule of state broker. You can be a loan officer,
a loan broker, you can be an insurance agent, an
insurance broker. But if you can't get someone some money
in one of two days, when.
Speaker 4 (17:17):
The Big C team come in, we're going to get
that business.
Speaker 10 (17:20):
Not only when we get the business, because we're going
to have that business owner gets some money. And oh,
by the way, the great environment FEEDI if you know
anyone looking to buy a seller house at the time,
the answer might be yeah me, and then you get
your listening resentation with your brokerage.
Speaker 4 (17:38):
Oh do you know anyone looking to buy a refine? Asked,
yeah me.
Speaker 10 (17:41):
Nobody's leaving a true and a half of represent ready
to go to seven present and that's just not happening.
But they may be willing to buy a house. If
you got to buy a house, maybe the rage comes down.
You save money, whatever it is, if you have the
chance of functioning, you do it.
Speaker 4 (17:54):
Now. What if you just need more money?
Speaker 10 (17:56):
People graduating colleges all over the country and they're trying
to get that resid means.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Ready so they can get a job. You want a
job or do you want a career? All you got
to do it to get a career.
Speaker 10 (18:06):
It's called eight hundred seven seven two a six two
four eight hundred seven seven two eighty twenty four and
just tell them, big C sentence.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
You gotta realize there's a lot that's.
Speaker 10 (18:17):
Happening with my team of specialized estate planners over thirty
five years of experience. You got to find something that
you believe in and put.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
Your life and fight for it.
Speaker 10 (18:30):
Put it in your life to fight for it. There's
a lot of things that Moments of Truth. I'll get
in his sports too, But there's a book it's called
the Moment of Truth. Facing the challenges like one win
and I'm talking to them. Although to join their RDC
team and the big F team.
Speaker 4 (18:49):
Now think about this acknowledgement. This is what he says.
Speaker 10 (18:53):
It doesn't matter how long you've been with us. You
may have questions about our business. You may have great
doubts about what you're doing and the chance when you
just exceed. From the very first time you heard and
saw this opportunity to this day, you constantly face challenges
to do the business from outside critics as well as
some negative thoughts inside. Don't tuck the negative people. You
(19:15):
gotta fire negative people from your life. You do, you
gotta fire them. The business is legitimate and I'm doing
the right thing. So if it's good, why do so
many people quit?
Speaker 4 (19:27):
Is there something I don't know yet?
Speaker 10 (19:29):
Is the business still is good? As when the top
people join? Do I really help people? Were telling them
about the business opportunity? So why are so many people
say negative things about this opportunity? A lot of people
are programmed to be negative. You cannot overcome these challenges
unless you understand your business. You cannot last too long.
Unless you face the truth and believe in what you do,
(19:49):
you cannot help anybody. And as you get help yourself first.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
Just helping yourself first on praise. Ask not what your
country can do for you, Ask what you can't do
for you, and get it. That's a praise. You gotta
get that praise.
Speaker 10 (20:04):
I love so much about what's happening with the Big
C team. Again, I'm just very, very grateful, and I
gotta tell you when it comes to helping people get
their groove back and find a way, because I know
a lot of real estate people and own offers that
they're struggling. They're struggling because they're refused to change and adapt.
They think if they just keep trying harder instead of
(20:27):
be okay. But sometimes you got to learn a new skill.
I got skilled too, Number one, Get that some praise.
I produce the show, I direct the topics. I broadcast
all the shows. I do all the sound effects based
on the platform provided by the agency.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
And I tell you, I do the storytelling. I do
the staff providing.
Speaker 10 (20:46):
I do the play by play. Comeing live from the
World Games in Africa. We have the men want one
hundred meters dash. Some of the best runners in the
history of the universe. Come into your live in front
of one hundred thousand in.
Speaker 11 (21:00):
Oh I got lame, Number one Jesse orens Kim Jesse
oors some praise and laid Number two, I got the
great Usain both give the Great U saying both some praise.
In lane Threees, I have the Great Carl Lewis here,
the Great Carl Lewis some praise. And Lane Paul, I
have a great No allows here the Great No allows
(21:22):
some praise.
Speaker 4 (21:23):
In lane five, I have you see here.
Speaker 10 (21:26):
If they see some praise, you get cut the attention
with the knife. One hundred thousand through here in Africa at.
Speaker 4 (21:31):
The World Games, runners to your march. What a great
great this ship be get set. They're off to the races,
running out them up. Man, we got Jesse Oorrie you
saying both Carl Lowis nor allows them.
Speaker 10 (21:46):
Neck and neck Carl Lewis Jesse Ohris you saying both
no laws coming the other back line.
Speaker 4 (21:50):
That's big.
Speaker 10 (21:51):
See he wes be hunted me the desk. He dropped
him for this last first. He had a new world
record time from.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
Eight point nine nine five eight point nine eight point
nine nine five, the fastest man in the history.
Speaker 10 (22:06):
Oh you universe, you gotta realize that everybody has a chance,
but you gotta learn to run fast.
Speaker 4 (22:13):
In life, and that's what we do with the Big
C team. We want to do training.
Speaker 10 (22:18):
We teach you how to train so you're out on
your own and you don't have to worry about how
you're gonna make it. We have thirty five years of
excellent leadership in the Great re Dealer Grouve, and I'll
talk more about that when I get into the RDC teams.
Well that's my three and I'm thinking with it. You
gotta get some praise, give it, praise, break praise. You know,
as I tell you, there's something that I love about
(22:39):
the world of sports. No matter what you are or
who you are, sports is a billion dollar industry, and
boys and girls sports is the phone station to this
billion dollar industry.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
You gotta have some guts to do anything in life
that you want to do.
Speaker 10 (22:56):
Big C Sports will be broadcast in NFL Football and
two thousand two twenty five training camp already started. I
just need the approval from the NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell.
African American business and broadcast companies have less than one
percent rights to broadcast NFL even pre or post games,
and that's what I'm looking for with a Big C team.
(23:17):
You got to realize that's so powerful, and that's what
I want to do. And I tell you, no matter
who you are, if you're not afraid, you got a
chance to join this business.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
If not being afraid, some praise, you gotta give it. Praise, praise, praise.
That's why's to it. I'm thinking with it.
Speaker 10 (23:33):
I want to tell you it's so important when you
think about why I want to get into broadcast is
something that I love.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
I love it with all my heart, mind, body, and.
Speaker 10 (23:42):
So NFL football it generated approximately twenty zero point two
billion dollars in revenue in twenty twenty four. That includes
both national and local revelue sources media deals, especially national
broadcast rights. They are a significant portion of what the
NFL does in their broadcast rights. When you realize the
(24:04):
big C sports and how the local media rights go.
Teams negotiate with local media outlets that's radio, TV, and
websites for rights to broadcast games and generate revenue for
advertising and subscriptions. Media outlets do not directly receive a
fixed payment from the NFL. They make money through their
own agreements with teams and through advertising, subscriptions and other
(24:28):
revenue streams. Of later to the NFL content. You got
to realize that's important, and that's what Big CED sports
are doing when it comes to media deals, and Big
C sports is one of those deals. I'm asking the
NFL on Roger Goodell. I've gotten letters sent to you already.
The NFL has a central media rights agreement with major
networks like CBS Sports, NBC Sports, Fox Sports, ESPN and others.
(24:52):
Now that generates a significant portion of the league's revenues.
How about sponsorships. While sponsorships come, he's paid to be associated.
Speaker 4 (25:01):
With the NFL and its teams are individual players.
Speaker 10 (25:05):
What about merchandising, Well, sell the NFL related merchandise, jerseys, apparel,
et cetera.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
To continue to contribute to the revenue.
Speaker 10 (25:15):
What about share ticket revenue in portion of each team's
tickets and sales is pulled and share equally among all teams.
That's so important. This is the rule important part for
victy sports and for fans. The NFL does not the
regularly play individuals, credential medium companies a specific amount of money. Instead, instead,
(25:38):
it generates revenue through various sources, including media deals, sponsorships, merchandise,
and share ticket revenue. This revenue is being distributed to
the thirty two NFL teams. The teams then negotiate contract
with media outlets for access and content to rights.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
And I gotta tell you that's important. Well basically, how
we look you can do NFL NFL playcast.
Speaker 10 (26:00):
I gotta say first and ten fifty year outlines, four
white out by the Niners, five man in front by
that Plackers Montana on the center.
Speaker 4 (26:07):
The snap he's rolling up to his right. He stopped
the bitsiness coming.
Speaker 8 (26:10):
He's told Zee Theamn feel the ball as clod class
for the touchdowns, touchdown Nighters, sery rise fifty yours.
Speaker 10 (26:21):
You realize everything is responsible, but given the opportunity, that's
why I love a big c sports. I do my
own thing.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
I do it live.
Speaker 10 (26:27):
I have no scripts, I have no three Delli propter,
no producer in my ear. I don't use strat writers
or what they call kirn assists.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
No producers, no telepromers. I do my stuff with my.
Speaker 10 (26:40):
Higher self, and I know my business. And that's why
I say you got to get big Cine some praise.
I say, give it praise, firsus praise. And I'm the
only force you broadcasting from the black hole.
Speaker 4 (26:50):
Give a universe.
Speaker 10 (26:51):
Nobody broadcasts from the black hole. Black big c does
you get It's easy to get the black hole. It's
easy to get up in, but it's not easy to
get sucked down of the black hole.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
I know it. That's my story that they get with it.
Speaker 10 (27:05):
So I love saying I'm expanding my program, expanding my
reach with sports covering NFL, NBA, Major League baseball, college sports,
college football, basketball, baseball. I got a MMA. Boxing is amazing,
the world of MMA. I do a lot, soccer, the Olympics.
(27:25):
I'm just so grateful to have a platform like basic Sports.
But I'm also an employer because I could take anyone
that I meet, as long as we have a clean
background and get them onboarded with bestline.
Speaker 4 (27:37):
Business funny, and you got to get that some breeze,
I think, give it praise, praise, praise. You can't say
you don't have a job when you meet big seeds.
You just can't say it.
Speaker 10 (27:46):
Because I want to ask you, are you looking for
more opportunity? Are you opening the more opportunity? And if
you are, are you coachable? Because if you're not open
the opportunity, and if you're not coaching, but just keep
doing what you're doing. Nothing wrong with that, But there's
nothing wrong with being able to help people. And I
have a platform that allows that, and that's what I
want to get. Praise, Dude, It's not about letting me
tell you how big something fast some after it is.
(28:09):
You got to ask big, see how can I get work?
If we can help you get a career going, that's important.
I've I've loved sports of my life, playball, been around it,
media on the field, a lot of great things that
I've learned since.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
I was a young boy playing flat pass and kick.
Speaker 10 (28:26):
And now I realize having a platform that I worked
on for years that can hire anyone as long as
they're above eighteen in all fifty states.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
What media personality can do.
Speaker 10 (28:38):
That give that some praise? Give me praise, praise, praise
a lot of guys, they're not trying to give you
a job. I'm trying to give you a career. And
our company does a training in the marketing. You can't
beat that your dad to get that's some praise, especially
your real estate agents and ropers. You gotta work with
the big C team eight hundred sevens everything to do
(28:59):
a SAT four, eight hundred and sevens. I've been to
do Act fourth and just telling big c cents. So
that's part of what I'm doing with BC Sports. I
can't wait to get more in line with what's happening
around the world of sports. I've got to tell you today, Yeah,
you can give that. You can give that some praise.
I say, give it, praise, praise, praise, love giving that praise.
(29:21):
You gotta look at them top NFL training camp battle
to watch they begun, which means it is time for
job to be one or even lost. You gotta realize
that there are a lot of great players that report
the camp. I want to look at some of the
takeaways of Pittsburgh's new quarterbacks. Is the great touchdown, Anon Rogers.
(29:43):
This theater is waiting for a lot of great things
that happen in this business. When you realize that you
got a chance to make a team, but you got
to you gotta make someone unemployed if you're going to
make a team.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
I'll talk more.
Speaker 10 (30:00):
About that when I come back on the Back nine.
You listen to the Big Sea Sports the podcast. I
think what's called the Big d Falls. I'll be back
in just a moment. All right, I'm back from the
Big c Falls. Although known at the Big Z time out,
you can follow Big Seats Worst twenty four hours a day,
(30:20):
seven days a week on thirty few podcast platforms of
the universe in Stream nine six TV platforms Exfinity, Comcast TV,
Apple TV, Woku, DV and Amazon. Prior to b I
gotta tell you when I look at a couple of
teams in the NFL. You have the Indianapolis coach. They
have many of young talent that will be competing for opportunities.
(30:41):
But I gotta look at one of the players that
will play a big role at Jaylon and Carlisle can
play significant roles for Indianapolis and a fimdle year All
fair and level where they got a lot of young talent.
Kansas and Cargo Bears offense take the next step. The
great Kennon Williams and Romo Dusee. They may finally play
like top ten picks in their second season now that
(31:03):
Ben Johnson is making the play offs All fair level,
war Adusee been at Washington, cannot Williams play that USC
winning were both in the PAC twelve All fair and
Love and War and now they're in the NFL doing
their thing.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
I gotta tell you another thing that I love about what.
Speaker 10 (31:18):
I've done with big key sports with OTAs have been
just wrapped up at madatory minute gap now on the way.
The late course of the spring offers coaches, fans and
analysts like one of the final clips at every team
before the NFL's unoffcial vacation period. Anticipation will only build
until late July, especially for prized up in newcomers. All
(31:40):
fair and level war after rosters now generally finalized, lanes
for younger players to emerge have opened up.
Speaker 4 (31:47):
In full.
Speaker 10 (31:48):
Below, I'm going to tell you about some great players.
Quarterback Kenneth Williams, Chicago Bears. It's hard not to get
extremely excited about the crop of second year quarterbacks in
two THATYDS twenty five you got look at deep in
different regarding Jayden, Daniels and bow Nicks among the get
felling gun slingers who've yet to fully prove themselves. Now,
Williams seems like the best bet to put everything together
(32:10):
this season, the great player out of USC Although the
former number one overall pick, he posted only sixty eight
percent of a PFF grade in Bassy. Now Williams flashes
potentially by turning out three games with at least in
the eighty three overall PFF grade.
Speaker 4 (32:28):
Moreover, he's a.
Speaker 10 (32:29):
Big time player that can make big time plays.
Speaker 4 (32:31):
I expect a lot out of cannot belut him this year.
Speaker 10 (32:34):
He certainly has areas to improve, including sacked avoids at
seventeen sacks attributed to him, negative plays nine percent of
and avoiding such big plays. But I think he has
so much upside you gotta really feel excited if you're
a Callgo Beer fans. Another running back my position, Brandon Allen,
the New York Jets Berkie irvins except the role of
(32:57):
Blade in his rookie season, but Allen quietly put together
a strong first campaign of his own. The former Wisconsin superstar,
he generated eighty two BSF rushing grade and seventy three
point six o'verroll in twenty twenty four. Now, Allen remains
to be the backup to Breeze Hall and Breese Hall's
New York, but Halls production declined in a big way
(33:17):
last year, had only a sixty eight point seven PFF
rushing grade. If Allen can improve his past catching the
abilities that good boy's gonna find himself a starting block
in the starting spot this year in football kicks off.
At the same time, I'm loving so much of what
I'm seeing, after all, new offensive coordinator a Tanner, Eagles
from KIMSLM, the Detroit Lions team that gave Jamara Gibbs
(33:39):
and David Montgomery each over one hundred and ninety carries
in two thousand and twenty four yards. So they're back
and they rated the roles. You know, if they rid
of the role, it's gonna look good for that good
old boy. Whether Chicago Bears did it. I really like
Cale Williams. I got to go to another great team,
the Buffalo Bills. Keon Coleman Buffalo Bills. The Bills made
a lot of additions on defense, but their offense pass
(34:03):
catching rookie relatively schooner from a season to goo, essentially
just swapping Matt Collins and Josh Palmer. The fact that
Buffalo did not pursue a more watershed receiver is an
indication of how the team feels. The Bob Coleman that
Good Boys thirty three overall in the pickup two that
the twenty four had sixty eight to twenty eight PFF
receiving grade with fifty five yards perrot all fair sid
(34:26):
level war run and it is in op row season.
The Buffalo Bills also created for a Mario Cooper in October.
The fact that the former Florida State stud is still
finished second amount Buffalo receiver, wide house and targets is
encouraging and in itself. Josh Allen's going to have a
lot of great power guys to throw to the ball
this year, all fair and level work. I gotta take
(34:48):
it to another team, the Las Veggas Raiders, the great
Michael Mayer and the Las Vegas Raiders.
Speaker 4 (34:55):
They say the autom win was a Raiders, not Rock
Bowers put together one of the best would be tight
end seasons.
Speaker 10 (35:01):
Eric Cassina humongous season Shadows and the rest of his
younger counterparts, but his own teammate Mayor could allowed to
shoot this season. Mayor played only four hundred is sixty
one snaps in his second season after this draft, with
their personal matter recording fifty two pf HAL receiving ring
at just one hundred and fifty eight solar receiving yards,
(35:22):
he still found ways to stay on the field given
its ninety half percent great positively blocked run blaze seventy
seven percent dolls separation rate. Indeed, the Raiders fin his
fourth in snaps out of twelve thirteen or fourteen fours
in all last year, Las Vegas Beautiful Stadium, Ellegia Stadium
in the Desert. The offense is much better. They should
be much better. And then it was a year ago,
(35:44):
especially after acquiring you know Smith from the Seattle Seahawks.
Speaker 4 (35:47):
Smith through the tenth motu passes the tight ends a
year ago, and.
Speaker 10 (35:51):
The receiving gorm is still rather thin despite having the
great Jack Beck. A few starts in the new structor
might be all Mayor a former second round backup needs,
and in my opinion, I think it's gonna play a deadidens.
Speaker 4 (36:05):
I gotta tell you about another.
Speaker 10 (36:06):
Team that I like in the AFC, JC Laitham the
Tennessee Titans.
Speaker 4 (36:11):
He's a tackle.
Speaker 10 (36:12):
After the twenty twenty first season, the first round that
witnessed the selection of seven true tackles, this good old
boy can played immediately. Only Joell finished with an overall
PFF grade of sixty six point five in his first season.
Now you gotta realize this guy's a talented player. In
his first season with the Titans, he finished with sixty
(36:34):
one point eight roll PFF grade, but this pass protection
was more solid to the two of sixty seven point
eight PFF. I really like that player. I think they're
gonna have a solid team this year in Tennessee. That's
my start enough to get with it. I got to
go to the guard position. Christian Mahogany. He's out of
the Detroit Lions. After the Lions lost the afore mentions
(36:55):
zitnern to Tennessee. The team's depth tell you this. Detroit,
they're a good team. They got to be disappointed in
the last two years because they just haven't found a
way to get to the Super Bowl. They lost in
San Francisco. AP have twenty one seven a half time
lead two years ago, and then last year they were
jumped on at home by the Washington Manders.
Speaker 4 (37:18):
They're still a good team. This could be their year,
but it's hard to.
Speaker 10 (37:22):
Get to that playoffs three years and know letterlan try
to get to the championship game. But I'm telling this
team they got a lot of young players. Detroit would
be without two former our three members that were starting
offensive lines from a year ago. That's the great Frank
rag Now his retirement, General manager Brad Holmes seem to
have made it clear that Malagani and Rupy Kate Retless
(37:44):
will be in for a sizeable workouts based on the
offensive line. Coach Hank Fradie skill and cultivating stars. I'm
telling you Detroit has a lot of reasons to be
excited this year and what they call Motown motor City
at the center position. Tenner Bortolini inding that, but as coach,
several organizations will have traditions that got to get the
(38:04):
best offensive line. It didn't sink, you gotta do it.
They have a lot of traditions in the middle. They're
offer the line this season, including with the coach Wayan
Kelly now in Minnesota, but the team has a drunk
success plan and Broughtolini at the same time.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
Kelly played in only ten games.
Speaker 10 (38:19):
The former Wisconsin Badger filled in and solidly in the
first taste of the pros of FROX eight.
Speaker 4 (38:24):
Contests as a rookie.
Speaker 10 (38:26):
He produced sixty five point one overall THEFF and only
seven pressures in zero sacks.
Speaker 4 (38:32):
You gotta get zero sacks.
Speaker 10 (38:34):
Some praise given praise praise, praise all straight in leven War,
I gotta take you to another guard degree Jordan Morgan
with the green Bay Packers.
Speaker 4 (38:43):
Based on their hallmark offensive season.
Speaker 10 (38:46):
Then the Packers have been tended to make life easier
for direct love by signing Aaron Banks and drafting Matthew
Gold in the first round. The next step in that
plan would be they figure out how to start making
dividends happen with now. Morgan and Green Bay's first round
pick a year ago, played only a one hundred eighty
six snaps as he endured his shoulder injuries. Experiencing over
(39:08):
sixty five snaps as each guard spot, Morgans generated fifty
nine point two overall PFF grade and sixty one playing
five BFF as a blocking grade, both of which can
be fellow exquisitions of a former play caliber.
Speaker 4 (39:21):
Stealing two out of twenty four approved to be Morgan's first.
Speaker 10 (39:24):
Camp playing at guard after after he played several snaps
at Arizona. I like what they're doing this year. It
doesn't matter what you'd think. People have their own opinions.
One of the most decorated quarterbacks sus that Aaron Rodgers
is at Pittsburgh, so there'd be a lot of attention
to the offensive line for the Pittsburgh Steers, but I'm
(39:46):
going to tell you about the tackles Troy and Sarthono.
Pittsburgh Steers was part of that herald of tackle group
from a year ago, but he never got to display
his full potential in the huge in a huge light
right away. The former Washington stay out played only fifty
five folder NAP due to a kneecap injury. But if
he stays healthy this season, my goodness, he's just turned
(40:07):
his Even with that extremely limited size sample to US two,
that's was twenty four he get massed sixty nine point
three BFF pass blocking gray outline only two pressures on
the roads against the Broncos, one of the NFL's best
defensives and the past run a season ago, Fontanel seemed
to stend a terrific play from his final call of season,
(40:28):
which is where he posted to an eighty eight point
to CFF past blocking gray with a ninety eight percent
fast bocking efficiency with defensive end. Thinking about this, Dan
moorees junior no longer at Pittsburgh FITH and is expected
to start next week and his first round Jick Rodgers
Jones was still going to be determined which of the
(40:48):
Jones are Fasten those stays at ry Taco versus manning
go out inside duties. But Fon Good played right away.
He's the good players at big time players can make
big time players. Well we will, seeing he had to
earn it and training camp. I'm gonna think what's called
the Big Seed Balls also known.
Speaker 4 (41:03):
As the Big Seed time Out. I'll be back in
just a moment.
Speaker 10 (41:15):
All right, We're back from the Big Seed Balls, all
well known as the Big Seed Time Out. You can
follow up the Big Seats fours twenty four hours a day,
seven days a week on thirty few podcast platforms.
Speaker 4 (41:25):
All blah bah, the black hole in the universe.
Speaker 10 (41:30):
You gotta get the black hole. I gotta go to
the defensive side. Get some players that caught my eye.
I gotta look at cornerbacks Nate Wiggins, Baltimore Ravens. The
Ravens have been so close to the last couple of years.
Couldn't get over the hump.
Speaker 4 (41:44):
At Buffalo last year. What a game that was. They
had to hold on with the ball in the freezing goal.
Speaker 10 (41:51):
Defensively, they've got better quarterback Nate Wiggins at the Ravens
treat that secondary in the middle of two thatand twenty four,
Wiggins also beamed and hit his rig leader of his
first year. Now the southmoork Corners could make a name
for himself in two thaty twenty five.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
Thinking about this guy Wiggins. He earned a sixty nine.
Speaker 10 (42:09):
Point four plus CFF coverage grade in six up Cup games.
Throughout the broader season, the former Cleveland Tiger ranked in
the seventieth percentiles in both CFF coverage grade at outside linebacker.
Speaker 4 (42:22):
I like the way he plays.
Speaker 10 (42:23):
There's another great player with Brandon Stevens now a Jet,
Wiggins should net a full year of starting outside next
to Marlin Huffy and Kyle Hamilton, giving up prumbers in
their early results work for Wiggins, his potentio is even higher,
even as higher as it was last season. There's another
great quarterback. This corner is a shutdown corner. His name
(42:45):
is Mike Sandsfield. He's one of Washington Commanders. The Commanders
finished twenty twenty four ranked thirtieth out of thirty two
teams in both the defensive success rate and team PFF coverage.
Speaker 4 (42:56):
While Washington did not make any draftic changes today. You
that likely needed them.
Speaker 10 (43:02):
The Commanders to have a player whose teaming was talent,
and I think he was gonna fill in that blow
that role very well for them while playing out the
postseason and an outside lionbacker in his rookie season. He
regioned at sixty five pointy overall BFF. That good a
wet him playing. Think about something that's gonna help them
this year if you think about it. The Commanders took
(43:24):
Trams in the second round, which was enabled Sarentil to
slide back inside where he drived that Michigan, notching eighty
five BFF cover screing and two gots to twenty three.
Saren still strong on ball production and tight coverage, could
only augument with him back in that slot in two
(43:44):
guys to twenty five. I got to take it to
another defensive starward in the safety position, the great Jayden
Nicks the Kansas City Chiefs. Most attention surrounding the Chiefs
offseason was Ratney's focused on the team's adjusted offensive line,
but Kansas City Chiefs also must mitigrates the exit strategy
safety and then justin reed, that's where Higgs would step
(44:05):
up across four hundred and sixty nine snaps in twenty
twenty four, Higgs recorded and impresses seventy five point one
overall CFF grade within seventy five point seven CFF coverage
grade in the minutes FIOL two point seven percent misstackle rate.
Speaker 4 (44:20):
I'm telling you that's the third loss among qualified safeties.
Speaker 10 (44:23):
Case advances CFF matrix are widely in presence, such as
it's ninety one percentile in runs top grade and seventy.
Speaker 4 (44:30):
Fourth percentile force in completion rate.
Speaker 10 (44:32):
Now, I gotta take a Steve Spacnolo who has earned
a reputation for drafting and developing top the visit backs
from Trent McDuffie, which Urious Ward.
Speaker 4 (44:41):
And Jameen will Watson and Moore Higgs in former.
Speaker 10 (44:44):
Fourth round pick. He seems to check all the boxers
of the next generation. The Lage Chiefs found that he
can be a substative player. I got to tell you,
I love what I'm seeing in a football. I'm gonna
tick what's called the Big c Balls also.
Speaker 4 (44:56):
Known as the BIGG time out. I'll be back in
just a moment, all right, I'm.
Speaker 10 (45:09):
Back from the Big d Falls also known as the
Big Sea time out you can follow a big piece
forts twenty four hours a day, seven days a week
on thirty two podcast platforms other the black holes in
the universe. I gotta tell you a safety the old
Jackson Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings concentrated the majority of their
twenty twenty five capital on their offensive line and defensive line,
(45:32):
but the safety is a position worth keeping an eye on.
Speaker 4 (45:36):
This season, Jackson's boys to help ease those things.
Speaker 10 (45:40):
In only seventy nine percent of snap last season, Jackson
shine at seventy nine point two overall PFF grade and
it's spended seventy one PFF grade coverage in the three
sears with the Vikings, the former sixth round pick has
only played two hundred and twenty two total defensive snap
But as finn as above, Seaton nine percent in the
PFF coverage every agree this season, he's a big time player.
(46:04):
He makes big time plays. They've really got to find
out he helped them get.
Speaker 4 (46:08):
Over the hump. I got it. Just a lot of
things that I like about NFL football. It took a
matter of time.
Speaker 10 (46:14):
What teams get better, what teams are gonna keep searching
for the best players and seeing if they got the
draft choices right, but I know it's a miss and
make league in basketball, same thing in NFL football. That's
what I love about this game. You can always put
your best information up against the professional scouts and see.
Speaker 4 (46:33):
Who makes the most sense.
Speaker 10 (46:35):
Is one thing to say, oh, coach, why they go
with that guy, But when you try to do it yourself,
it's a lot a lot harder to predict the right
players that come out on the top.
Speaker 4 (46:45):
Daf Mark story, I'm thinking with it.
Speaker 10 (46:46):
I'm gonna take what's called the big c balls, also
known as a big Sea time out.
Speaker 4 (46:50):
But I come back. I'm gonna talk a lot more
things all over the universe. I'll be back in some more.
Speaker 12 (47:03):
This new eighty dollars jet pressure accelerator harnesses the cleaning
force of a hydraulic power system, and its record breaking
success is leading big names like Low's, Pony Depot and
Amazon trailing behind. In just thirty days, it has sold
one point eight million units, none of which came through
these big box stores. It's called Jet Summer, and it's
(47:24):
been showcased several times by top networks such as Fox, MSNBC, ABC, CNN,
and NBC. But restrictions may come soon, with growing debate
over whether civilians should be allowed to handle such potent,
military grade technology. While it's still legally available, thousands are
rushing to get one before any restrictions are imposed.
Speaker 1 (47:46):
It was first developed for military.
Speaker 10 (47:50):
And I'm back when the Big bet Ball, although known
as the Big Feats, I'm out. You can follow up

medical equipment, costs and more.
Speaker 4 (50:10):
But not only that protecting if your assets, you need
asset protection.
Speaker 10 (50:14):
You've got to protect your assets including your home. This
is not realistate agents in loan ropers and insurance ropers.
You need asset protection including your home, thereby allowing you
to leave a legacy for your family. So every person
you talk to that other homes, you should tell them
about the trust you got the training today. If you
(50:36):
came to the office, just happen. Do they have a
trust for their family? If they don't, you can help
them get a trust with the RDC team. That's important.
All paperworking communication with all government agencies is handled by
our staff of asidam A Specialists. We have ongoing consulting
di provide updates that's necessary, benefits, conference killed nurse and
(50:57):
facilities for scripture, medication, medical cost and more.
Speaker 4 (51:02):
But not only that, protecting off your asset. You need
asset protection. You gotta protect your assets.
Speaker 10 (51:09):
Think about that the next time you talk to the
homeowner about door knocking. Do you want to buy us
on your house, or do you want to refinance your property?
Speaker 4 (51:17):
Or do you need some insurance. But they got to
have a trust.
Speaker 10 (51:22):
I've talked to some attorneys. They said about seven out
of ten Americans do not have a trust. Seven out
of ten. Think about that. Avoid of the nightmare of
debt brought by the government to stain't recovery program called
probat And.
Speaker 4 (51:37):
I know a lot of pastors. It's on big c.
Speaker 10 (51:40):
I've put all my trust in the mirk. I trust
God with all my heart, mind, body and food. I
say that's good too, so do I.
Speaker 4 (51:47):
But Jesus Christ.
Speaker 10 (51:49):
You know, Jesus Christ, we're losing a probate court if
he didn't have a trust.
Speaker 4 (51:54):
He see that's flashing me. You're seeing Jesus Christ can't
beat the judge.
Speaker 10 (51:58):
I'm saying, Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ in a probate court
would lose if he did not have a trust.
Speaker 4 (52:07):
I believe that will They nailed them through the prophet
didn't they.
Speaker 10 (52:12):
How come he cried out, ah, my fallow, ah, my
father help me. Why didn't God help him? Why didn't
God help Jesus?
Speaker 4 (52:24):
Because Jesus needed ass in protection.
Speaker 10 (52:26):
Now I'm saying, if God let him go through that,
God lets us also go through probed. But you can
prevent losing your assets if you have a trust. Put
together about the government in nineteen sixty six, why don't
most people know that they recommend have a trust. Think
about that. You avoid the probating. Now you can be
(52:48):
challenged by anything. But if you have your assets and
the trust, you're protected. We have a one time processing
fee versus my pleasurance premials for the rest.
Speaker 4 (52:57):
Of your life. You got to give that some praise
if they give it, praise, praise, praise. You got to
get at them praise. Everybody says both fixeeds.
Speaker 10 (53:07):
I tell you, I don't know if I need a
trust because I pray so heart to the lure it.
Or you can pray all you want. Pastors, you got
to have a trust. In fact, you pastors that want
to take the time, how do you rock God? You
rough God but not paying your tires? Well, how do
you rob your your congregation? You rock your congregation might
not allow them to understand how they need to specialize
(53:29):
the stay's running.
Speaker 4 (53:30):
You got to have a trust. The Artz team we
do that.
Speaker 10 (53:32):
We even do group presentation eight hundred seven seven and
two four eight hundred and seven two acc four. Now
you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot
make a drink. You can educate the public of why
they need a trust, but you can't make them do
the trust. Some of the rather learn the hard way
when they go to probate and lose their assets. We
(53:54):
have a This is so important. The trust provided by
attorney Scott Tibodos. Protection, insurance, coverage required by a law
general liability, work as compensation lawyer specializing the living trust,
medicaid or medical planning for long term care, avoid probate,
life insurance and betterments, benefits, aid and attendance.
Speaker 4 (54:16):
That's more important. What about six as sets paceable. Let's
project that I'm glad you asked a trust.
Speaker 10 (54:22):
Protect your bank account, your checking account, your savings account,
your money market accounts, certificates, other posit life insurance with
cast values, your fixed indictinuities.
Speaker 4 (54:33):
So if you don't have a trust, you know those get.
Speaker 10 (54:35):
To do a law firms to go after your bank account,
checking account, saving account, money market account certificates, other posit
life insurance with cast.
Speaker 4 (54:43):
Values to go up to your fixed indictinuities. What about
time to access stable to trust project that.
Speaker 10 (54:48):
I'm glad you asked. A trust protects your real estate.
You're followed by money. Your irais you're for one case,
your other investments, for example, avoid capital gains. Let's say
you buy a house for one hundred dollars at one
year later that out appreciates to one million dollars. Well,
that's a nine hundred thousand dollars capital games. According to
(55:09):
a lot of programs, that's what they say to get
that sell you avoid that. For the trust, you gotta
have a trust. People attention business owners attended business owners
over three decades. I've experienced helping business owners. You got
to find out your other office to protect. But your
insurance does not cover eight hundred seven two Act four
eight hundred seen Act four. Well let's say what you say,
(55:33):
what big already have insurance? Well, your insurance man go
up to a million dollars. What happens if they issue
you for six million dollars?
Speaker 4 (55:40):
Then what do you do.
Speaker 10 (55:41):
They come after your state, your assets, your bank account,
checking account. If you put everything in the trust, you're
shielded in star Trek. They had what's called a range
of sheals.
Speaker 4 (55:52):
Cutty study Study raised the shoes. We gotta protect their advts.
That's a Captain Kirk jo is gootti raise the shills?
A fuck? Are you all involved in mind? Make Shotty,
make Scott.
Speaker 10 (56:03):
He raised the shields. They raised the shiels because you
gotta predict your state. I gotta tell you.
Speaker 4 (56:09):
Also, people saying big ce, I gotta free have been
doing trust for seven years.
Speaker 10 (56:14):

doing a thing going on thirty five years with the
highest endorsements of the state of California, and by the
government's handbook, you can't get much larger than that. Brotheridan
Harry Truman worked on there for twenty years. President Lyndon
Johnson's in the law Not many lawyers know how to
(59:54):
do specialize the state planning where he knows how to
help you with their long term care. If you go
to another lawyer and they don't know how to trigger
your long term care and titomis, have them put in
writing that they want to figure your medical bills.

Wants a fat is that God waiting. This thing knows
that's not a better, not better using force. I'm talking
about Ali.
Speaker 10 (01:11:10):
Back in the days, there's a man known by the
name of True Budini Brown is known as Muhammad, Ali's

weavy beech. And every time I lived in the big
seas Bos, I want to shout reparations now, reparations forever.
Speaker 10 (01:11:35):
And then I put like a butterfly and I thing
