The Oklahoma City Thunder get in the hole. They didn't
get in the whole last night. They had They had
a hard time getting the whole.

Speaker 10 (06:47):
But you know, we have a game seven, and that's
what the NBA needs. I was saying, they could have
done it's a long time ago. They could have had
the New York nigger bonkers and they'll go that he
done that, but they choose not to do it that way.
They paused, you don't need the falls on a big game.

at Kim Young.

Speaker 5 (09:48):
He's an official cover throw and College Sports and Timmy,
I think you were saying we need a game seven.
How you're doing so, welcome to the show.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
See, thank you, sir. Yeah, Damee Simon is what we
needed for this for this country. Get there the media
involved in the East Coast and the West.

Speaker 5 (10:03):
Yes, gotta have it from the East coast and the
West coast.

Speaker 10 (10:06):
And in fact, there will be people from around the
world that tune into the NBA basketball. It is an
international sport and that's why I still with the New
York Knicks. Could have been there, but I guess someone
didn't use the batphone to make sure we got that done.
I want to ask him, Timmy, as an official, I
see a big swing in games to have a game
like the one we had last night, which was a

(10:27):
blowout one eight ninety one.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
Okay, see doesn't lose by that volume.

Speaker 13 (10:32):
Now, A little birdie told me if the NFL, in
the Major League Baseball in NBA have seven games and
even NHL, they have seven games for a reason, and
we found a reason last night the ratings are not
been the best.

Speaker 10 (10:47):
In fact, when I looked at the arena outside of
inde Adam, there were no block parties. They were not
people lining up four or five blocks deep to try
to watch big screen TVs outside. It was primarily contained
to the inside of the arena. If the NBA doesn't
find a way to get seven games, there's a lot
of money that they would have been lost in a
lot of chances to lose more marketing brand than your thoughts.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
Yeah, you know, I agree with you there. They they
have to have a limit, more intensity, you know, more
people watching the game. But it's kind of hard to do. Uh,
you know from that region. We're Inlama City, there's nothing
else going on. We had to college Women's Cards World
Series you know, took place a couple of weeks ago.
That was going on, you know in town. But right now,

(11:30):
you know, you go to Oklahoma City, you're gonna find
the thunder Alley's gonna be loaded with people, all the
all the bars are gonna be loaded, you know, good town.
So that excitement level, like I say, it's more, it's
more in Oklahoma City you have in Indianapolis, but you know,
I said, but the ending after five hundred of that
race just took place a few weeks ago. You know,

(11:52):
they had they had the excitement in town. But it
comes and goes, you know, once you go back to
be a normal thing from Oklahoma, you know, the normal
thing around here.

Speaker 10 (11:59):
Of course football, yes, yeah, obviously football, yep, yeah, few
days away from that.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
But ye bring bringing game seven to the to the
international audience. Yes, it's it's going to be huge.

Speaker 10 (12:12):
Yes, I'll talk it to the great Tim Young, professional
official covers pro and college sports.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
I want to get your thoughts now.

Speaker 10 (12:19):
Last night and obviously, Tyrese Halliburton, I saw him hugging
Reggie Miller at the end of the game with the
Reggislan on the court too. And I've always thought that
Tyrese Halliburton his game was a lot like Reggi Miller
back in the day. He said, a lot of three
point baskets to win games.

Speaker 5 (12:37):
Reggie Miller has done the same during his career.

Speaker 10 (12:40):
But last night when I noticed him, Now, reggis an
older man, Tyree's is a more physical, more imposing person
than Reggie Miller, but they still have the same kind.

Speaker 5 (12:50):
Of sharp study.

Speaker 10 (12:51):
Did you ever notice the size difference in Tyris Halliburton
and Reggie.

Speaker 5 (12:54):
Miller Your thoughts?

Speaker 4 (12:56):
You know, Reggie being a longer, you know, two guards.
You know, he's just a you're a shooter, you know,
just set him up and they didn't far away. Yeah,
Alburton has really more has more ball skills. Yeah, you know,
he handles a ball a little bit better. Yeah, you
know he can pass Gill and shoot, he can do
it all. Yeah, but and he doesn't and he does
have that range for games. You know, he inches shorter, Yeah,

(13:17):
but you know he can still he can still make
it happen.

Speaker 10 (13:19):
Yeah, he can make it happen, obviously. Halliburton, good game
last night. The Natians had a good game. I really
like the way the Indiana Pacers came together and they
put this game on their back. And I don't know
why they didn't play like this and the game in
Oklahoma City in game five, because.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
They're the same players. Halliburton had a hit and his
giddy up last night.

Speaker 10 (13:40):
He wasn't one hundred percent, And to me, you really
find a game where all athletes are one hundred percent.

Speaker 5 (13:46):
What was it about last night that made them win?

Speaker 10 (13:49):
By a one o eight ninety one score as opposed
to one o eight one of five of your.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Thoughts, Well, they it punched him harder, much faster. Yeah,
you know, the Indiana's defense was one thing. Causes twenty
first turnovers the biggest issue right there. Some city is
not used to doing that. But when they turned the
ball over and then you know you had I think
Indiana spore maybe a nineteen points on those turnovers. You know,
that caused some separation. But the biggest factor of this

(14:15):
was not necessarily what was on the court. It was
what was come off the bench onto the court. Yeah,
and so Indiana bench did a whole lot better than
the Kama cities or Farma City stations are in existent
last night. So no matter what they do, and Indiana
had a ten of punch for it, and they were
able to retaliate defensively, and it just knock knocked the
Okhoma City off the game. And so you know, you

(14:35):
get to a certain point you realize, you know what,
I think I can serve my energy INDI.

Speaker 10 (14:41):
Yeah, you think they're ready to go home and have
a meal, arrest up for the next team.

Speaker 5 (14:45):
Obviously, Carlile did a great thing last night.

Speaker 10 (14:48):
When he was getting the team ready, getting the guys ready,
because even Las Vegas.

Speaker 5 (14:53):
Not that I believe in Las Vegas eight hundred Galma.

Speaker 10 (14:55):
I don't bet on sports, but Veggas had OKC as
a five point favorite on the road and primarily because
of what they've done in the past. But outside of
Las Vegas, in fact, as an official, does it even
matter what the points for it is for you? I know,
if what the betting role it does as an offensive,
does that matter at all? Does that even come into
the coaching or the game plan that you guys got

(15:17):
to block that out of your mind?

Speaker 5 (15:18):
Does that make sense to you your thoughts?

Speaker 4 (15:20):
Just did that? Know that that has nothing that numbers
in Vegas has nothing to do with officiating. Officiating only
has something to do with what's going on inside the arena.
What's going on when that when when the clock is rolling,
when the ball is being bounced. Okay, inside that, inside
the boundaries, that's what matters. You know, you're not you
don't go in there preparing for having you In New York,

(15:41):
even the finest fighting here on the front with you
know what I'm saying, It does not matter that those
are non factors to the to the game, yes, okay,
And so officials are there to officiate to make sure
that things are cold according to the to the rule books,
you know, but they're they'ren't control the game. They're not

(16:02):
there to make a disciple, to be a decided factor
exactly football. We had that we had advice was that
you know, you don't throw a flag on that's coming
the game, right, Yeah, you don't do that.

Speaker 10 (16:14):
Hold on timmy back in the day, I think the
the at the Bowl Ohio State in Miami.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
Miami won that game and then the flag came. It
was like it was so high in the air.

Speaker 10 (16:24):
It was like someone parasailed into the into the arena,
into the stadium down in Arizona and then they went
over time in Ohio State beat Miami. There's still people
who talk about that being one of the greatest Miami
teams and they feel that maybe again their opinion that
on that flag came in way way too late.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Your thoughts, No, No, Jerry Jerry Ford through that flag
on time. Yeah, so I do I do know the
people involved in in that ya. That was my first
college meeting. After that game was my very first college
football meeting. Yeah, and that was discussed in the people
who were at stating we're there. Yeah, and so one person,

(17:03):
the person through the flag, is wating on another person
throw the flag. Yeah, okay, yeah, so it took a moment,
but it was still in the flat. It was still
flag worthy.

Speaker 10 (17:11):
I want to ask you because you just opened the
door for something, and a lot of people don't hear
the openion of an official.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
This goes back two decades.

Speaker 10 (17:19):
Ago, but in that Miami and Ohio State National championship game,
played down an ara going up, if you can lament
on what happens when there was a meeting right around
that time, before or doing or after the game, what
do the officials talk about, because as you know, there
was a lot of media they kept saying this should
not have been a flag.

Speaker 5 (17:38):
Don't let the player of this slightly out come your thoughts.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
Well, you know, you let a player decide the out
come if the person does not gain in an advantage. Yeah,
So once an advantage is gained, gained that advantage fairly,
and if he didn't, then that's why you saw the flag.

Speaker 10 (17:54):
Yes, yes, obviously football basketball, a lot of it is
based on what the official sees touchdout can be called
back because of a holding. Oftentimes, offensive lineman can be
called for a holding every play. Last night in the
game with Indiana, and okay, see a person who's not
trained like you are going to say, oh man, that
was a foul. Rep that was a foul and you

(18:15):
hear that a lot. So when I go back to
last night's game, and obviously the defense was turned up
by Indiana, people in Oklahoma say, well, because they were
allowed to get away with more stuff. We're holding, we're grabbing,
et cetera. But you don't see things that way. That
makes sense your thoughts.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
No, that's uh. Most most fans are one side. Yep,
they're not wearing both sides.

Speaker 5 (18:43):
You know.

Speaker 4 (18:45):
Yeah, that that right. In order to just do it,
in order to justify your crime.

Speaker 5 (18:50):
Yeah, you got to make Islamic bad.

Speaker 10 (18:55):
We're hearing it from the judge. Timmy young official professional
and leave the sports. I want to touch the other
side of the ball. Obviously we talked about Okay, see
Halliburton had a great game. Of course, the ny Smith
played great. They had great bench support. If you're Oklahoma City,
it's just my own observation. H jlis Alexander the MVP

(19:17):
of the league, and he should be. He showed it,
and then when I looked past him, they have ancillary players.
The bits would be much deeper when they go back
to Okay See. But at the same time, not that
this shouldn't.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
Matter that much.

Speaker 10 (19:30):
I didn't see players seemed like they were really angry
that they lost. That maybe it's a new generation, but
there was a lot of laughter and in banter going on.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
On the OKA See events.

Speaker 10 (19:41):
At least from my perspective, Were they just not as
intense for that game. Were they counted on maybe going
back home with the game seven in their back pocket?

Speaker 4 (19:49):
Your thoughts to me, You know, I don't think I
would know exactly, you know, how those players are filling
regarding you know, the game you do on the road. Yeah,
but you know, you get to a certain point when
you you feel was taking place and you can't get
that momentum whenever. Whenever Oklahoma City would slapt somebody just
throughout the regular season, you know, they put up a

(20:09):
twenty point run on somebody, and doing that twenty point run,
they can have four or five steals. In that four
or five steals, I possibly one, two, turnovers, and so
that defense determines that. But when you rut there and
you watch these folks perform and you recognize that there's
a lot of that defense is causing the problem. It's

(20:29):
not a whole lot you can do when you have
a team that's clicking, and you just gotta get into
that flow and get into that rigm. And so it's
their paces that you know, they depend on the running game,
they depend on that transition because they're looking to get
into the transition. But what desk gets you into the transition?
Defense defense, defense, And so that's what they brought on.

(20:52):
And Oklahoma City basically just had their plate handed to
him because that's normally what they would do. That's normally,
that's normally when taking place, you know during the season.

Speaker 10 (21:03):
Yes, obviously great game for Indiana, subpar game for Okay. See,
we got to turn to Oklahoma City now down in
your neck of the woods. I know the crowd's going
to be intense coming up over the weekend for Game
seven NBA Basketball Finals, And this is what it should
be like. This is what the Super Bowl is like.
Is one and done. Game seven is one and done.

(21:24):
The only thing better than the game seven is to
have an overtime in game seven.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Give me your thoughts, Timmy on.

Speaker 10 (21:30):
What OKAC must do in order to take COMBA Championship.
We know Indiana has to replay what they played last
night with the effort.

Speaker 5 (21:39):
In the intensity. What does OKAYC have to do your thoughts, Timmy.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
I can think of just a couple of things that
you know that needs to be done. The one thing
they gonna have to do, they gonna pikure of the ball. Yeah,
you got a ball control. He also got to put
the ball into the hands of the SCA. Yeah, they
didn't just go at me and show why he is
what he's been been a warning with this year in
the m v P. Now the bench is going to
step up. Okay, the bench is going to step up

(22:05):
in a more powerful way. But they don't need double
figures from at least three of the players on the bench.
So you get to get that scoring up, and those
things are going to really help those catch the opportunities
much better. You know. Then you start getting the ball
inside the tank and you start scoring those mid range jumpers.
You know, s g A is real, real good with that.
And and and Jaylen Williams has to get hot again.

(22:25):
But man, most importantly, okay, Ce has to take advantage
of that leverage. You're gonna take advantage of the whole
of the whole court advantage, that mentality you're gonna have.
The crowd is gonna be with you. Okay, So that's
you know, that's what they have to do. Now you
flip that coin over. So what do you gotta do
with you Indiana? You got to do exactly the opposite.
So you got you got it. You gotta shut down
the s g A. You gotta create you gotta create

(22:49):
more kernel reasons. You do it in game six, you know.
And of course at the end of the bench they
still up, they still have good time, and so they
got to continue.

Speaker 5 (22:59):
Go ahead to it.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
But but but as you continue, as you continue to
do that, you know, then you can take away that
that that whole court advantage. But what Indiana did in
game one that was so pivotal typical. They forced okay,
they forced many bad casts in the in the end,
if they held on, they held on all the way

(23:22):
that end the ball game. But they they were doing
things that they were not expected to do. Ohm made
a few mistakes, okay, as we going to be talking
about this about game seven. Had they take care of
game one? But they did not, So in order to
make things good, you know, make things like the Indiana
you know they have they have those pusky hands, their
hands in the hardway the ball for deflections.

Speaker 10 (23:48):
I want to ask it as an official pesty hands
considered a fallible offense?

Speaker 5 (23:53):
Your thoughts?

Speaker 4 (23:57):
I think what it is? It provides offen Yeah, but yeah,
testy hands, Uh, you know, get your hands in the Gary.

Speaker 5 (24:04):
Payton is robbing back in the day, Jerry Payton, Gary robbing.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
That's your hands, yes, yes, yeah, and those hands are
always in the in the lanes.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:13):
When you have your hands in the lanes, you you
narrow the opportunity for that ball being passed. Yeah, and
so have you you have the second guess where the
next pass is gonna go? Yes, whenever you can, yeah,
but whenever you can not get where you can estimate
where the past is going to go when you guess.
You know, that's how the tournos are created. So you know,
tell me first turnovers last night for Indiana. You know,

(24:33):
kudos show him because they were prepared Game seven. I say,
Alkamas City has a number of things to do, but
that bitch has to be involved. Yep, you know you
already get the crowd involved. You've got the sixth man
on the court, Richard. Yeah, they're in the stadium. So
it's it's going to be lively and amazing.

Speaker 5 (24:51):
It will be lively.

Speaker 10 (24:52):
It'll be around about this crowd that will be early arriving,
late leaving. Whether they win or lose a seventeen point swing,
it's a lot to ask in a game seven. And
if you're the opposing team, the Indiana Pacers, I remember
what you said before game one. You said Charleston, Indiana
had the they had the rain, the thunderstorms coming in town,

(25:13):
and they had that long layover before they flew. I
think you said they were in Closa. They had a
long layover before they slew in the Okay, See, they
come in with no maybe not. Does it make sense
to say this They come up with no pressure. I
mean there is pressure, but the whole world is expecting
them to lose. They have to have this US against
the world mentality, as you said in game one, that

(25:33):
can bond the team together, that can overcome those purss
that they're going to get those spurs by Okay, see,
Indiana have to hang in there and play.

Speaker 5 (25:41):
Their a bitch and not tire out there starting five.

Speaker 4 (25:43):
Your thoughts, well, that's the define thing you have to
do is keep keep the leg tresh. Yes, and keep
the legs fresh. And they're gonna keep the shooter shark.

Speaker 5 (25:53):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Doesn't you know if a man goes out and missus
two or three shots, yes, depend on who it is
your rotation. I'm gonna shoot somebody in for that shooting.
But if you have a defender, a great defensive player,
you know who is shooting bricks, you're taking them out
the ball game, Well, you have to balance that out.
But so you know, there's a lot of there's a

(26:16):
lot of factors that go into it with nothing that
set in stone that at six minutes and levels go
in the third quarter, you're going to put in, you know,
a number eight player. No, you're not gonna that's not
determined like that. You gotta field again. You gotta see
it as as it gave up in down that court.
But it's gonna be a very it's gonna be an
interesting matchup. And I'm gonna say, like this, whoever shows

(26:36):
the most emotions because this is what took place in
that in that ball game Miami versus Ohio State. Okay, Miami.
Miami gave all their emotions in the first quarter. They
were hyped up, and they were shooting loud, and they
was super demonstras. You know, all things they're doing was
showing their chests and you know, pat themselves on the
bathroom in their chest. You know, you don't do that.

(26:59):
A save that at the end of the game. You
save your energy so you don't come out emotionally charged
up in a game seven. You come out prepared. Yes,
you come out prepared, but whenever you're using to follow
your energy on emotions just to just to hype the
crowd up. Yes, No, the crowns seem to hYP you up. Yeah,
I don't have the crowd.

Speaker 10 (27:20):
Very well, said, very well, get it, go ahead to
them and go ahead.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
No, everyone has to know their role. Yes, and the
player's role is not the hype of clown.

Speaker 10 (27:30):
I want to ask you about another talking to the
great timmy young professional official and also collective official about
the game and OKC coming up over the weekend.

Speaker 5 (27:39):
Game seven. It should be it's for all the marbles.

Speaker 10 (27:42):
If there's anything that the NBA can learn from the
low ratings and this, and again, I'm a media person,
so I'm looking at it from the practical side of things.

Speaker 5 (27:53):
I know people get.

Speaker 10 (27:53):
Emotional about sports, but I also believe too, and just
my own opinion, and everybody has an opinion, there are
times when you when you can just focustrate an opportunity
to get bigger markets against bigger markets. And I believe
they did it David Stern when he was in the
commissioner when the Kings were about to beat the Lakers
back in the early two thousands and going to play

(28:14):
through New Jersey nets. At that time, the Lakers were
they sat fourteen free throws in the fourth period and
it was a big market coming in against another big market.
Could the NBA learn anything from the small market, small market,
lower TV ratings?

Speaker 5 (28:26):
Your thoughts?

Speaker 2 (28:28):
You know that?

Speaker 4 (28:29):
Uh? I don't.

Speaker 5 (28:30):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
I don't know that. What message can be pulled out
of that? But whenever team, when your team is doing it. Yeah, Okay,
before there was a name called David Robinson, they came
to the NBA. Pen Antonio was a little bit in
the small market team. That's right, Okay, I remember we
would get tickets. We could just go down to the
good down today and walk in and walking Yeah, and

(28:53):
then they then they then they pulled out his men
shipman to bring up David Robinson the Atmore and it
changes things. And so that's what Olaoma City is a
small market. Yeah, so you got an SGA, but you've
had Kevin Durant and what's the guy's name, mister de
yeah in Hardet, Yeah, okay, and you but if you

(29:15):
look across the NBA and look at the number of
people who have come to Acoma City and don't know, yeah,
somewhere else and get bigger things. Yeah, you know, there's
been some talent here. It just do you keep you
do you keep it together? So they'll stick around. Flahoma
City has an opportunity to build something really nicely with
what they currently have, Yes.

Speaker 10 (29:34):
Exactly, you know, speaking of them, So speaking of the
small market teams, when I look at a team like Okay,
see even a team like Indiana, I'm I'm full and
again maybe the best team win.

Speaker 5 (29:45):
But I'm looking at what just happened in Los.

Speaker 10 (29:47):
Angeles where the Lakers, the number two market in the NBA,
number two all time winning as NBA franchise, seventeen World championships,
the Bus family, the franchise has bought in nineteen seven,
and I think of a sixty seven million dollars to
sell for ten billion dollars? To me, is that a

(30:08):
good thing? The guy also owns the LA Dodgers. It
looks like they can buy anything the same way the
Dodgers are buying the best players. Do you see that
happening with the Lakers because they have similar color uniforms.

Speaker 5 (30:21):
Indiana and in the LA Lakers.

Speaker 10 (30:24):
If you get a ten billion dollar guy that can
drop a check for ten billion dollars or it doesn't bounce,
are we gonna look at where they can entice more
players to come even if it's against the cap. They
can give them other opportunities in media, Like Lebron James
does a lot of commercials now he could have done
as many commercials in Cleveland are even in Miami, if
that makes sense to you. But LA is gonna be

(30:44):
maybe the next year or two, probably at least in
the Western Conference finals because money talks. Do you like
that where money can come in and buy up all
the talent?

Speaker 5 (30:54):
Your thoughts?

Speaker 4 (30:55):
I love to see. I love to see what money
can do. It's fun to watch, but I've never been there.
I never I just don't buck one those folks. When
you get that type of talent, when you get too
many all stars on the team, things don't always going
because somebody has to be fed. Actually somebody, somebody does
not get it fed as much. But I love what

(31:15):
Larry Miller did, the owner of the Jazz back in
the day, with Karl Malone and all those guys. There's
another small market if you're dealing with what they do.
He what he did, what he did, He wouldn't pay
the money in in in cash. He would give a dealership.
You this, take this tool a dealership. Okay, take this
leece down dealership. And so we'll we'll find more things

(31:39):
like that happening, because, like I say, baseball, there's no
cap you play where you want to pay in basketball
because of the people who who's being paid, they have
a certain roper. They mellenate it. There's a capital on
what's mellenated the number of fights you can have in hockey.
There's number of fights you can have a basketball.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
Why is that so?

Speaker 10 (32:00):
Then with the June teams just through yesterday, when you
talk about the mellow nation of sports. If you're an
NFL player, they have it. And most of the players
in the NFL are African American. They have this cap.
You got their rookie salary. You can't just come in
and to get top dollar the way you can in baseball.
Same thing with basketball, and a lot of us based
on the color of the athletes called the color of

(32:22):
money the color of law. Expound on that if you
can from officials point of your DUTs.

Speaker 4 (32:27):
Yeah, you know, an officials point of view, that dumb
that especially just as the box standards. But this is
but you're seeing, you're seeing the way it happens. You
know that that money's not there. Cam Cam Newton always
wanted a big deal. Yeah he was a big time player.
This you'm a big time player. But they say, now
you too, youoned, you too, youone? Yeah, you too young
for that. You know you don't you won't know what

(32:48):
to do with it. Let me let me do thee
that you put the money in my hands. Let me
do the gest So when you can. When we take
a look at someone like a rust no boy's name
from the Eagles, Yeah, well and hurts okay, So you
know they want to put they didn't believe in him. Okay,

(33:10):
it's the medium they don't want to believe in. But
whenever you can go out there and and and squat
as much as he squats and dead liftsunds. Yeah, I mean,
you know we're talking about raw talent, and why why
not pay him? Why not pay him? You know the
franchise you bring bring bring me in a super Bowl?
You know. But when you have these communities that you know,

(33:32):
Boston is an exception, boss are you know they are
the way they are, but they believe in winning. They
believe to pame on. But you're not. You're not gonna
find that type of money being shared out in Buffalo
and in other communities. That's not really good in the
relienable person harving the most money to fund bottom line.
Tunity is that, you know, whenever you have a talent,

(33:52):
you can you can make those moves in these teams
with and I say, baseball, no limit, pay whatever you
want to pay anything.

Speaker 5 (34:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:00):
Yeah, So that's that's outing. I wish they would do
that with the other store.

Speaker 10 (34:05):
Yes, I wish they would do it with broadcast, Timmy.
Be nice to have that kind of a cup coming
in and you only work about three hours a day.
If that makes when you go to work, Oh yeah.
Talking to the great Tim young professional and college an aficial,
I want to ask you this thing because I know
when you look at the money that's pouring into NBA basketball,

(34:25):
the TV contract, what make the money?

Speaker 5 (34:28):
They have their revenue sharing?

Speaker 10 (34:29):
No matter if you have twenty thousand people and a
twenty thousand seed to Reenum, are eight thousand people in
a twenty thousand seed to Reenum? They have the money.
They have that revenue sharing that they deal with. Is
there any way that they can For example, gianness Anton
the couple he's in Milwaukee from a am media perspective

(34:51):
that is not helping the NBA, Like when Lou Lost
under played for Milwaukee back in the day. Sound the
way to get the Los Angeles Shaquille O'Neal when he.

Speaker 5 (34:59):
Came in to the leag.

Speaker 10 (35:01):
Orlando found a way to get to LA and then
found the way to get to Miami and then Son
the way to get to Boston.

Speaker 5 (35:09):
It's ironic.

Speaker 10 (35:09):
The great Kobe Bryant came out of high school, landed
with the LA Lakers, and when I look at someone
like Lebron James Cleveland's not the same market that you
have in Miami, and especially not the same market that
you have in a Los Angeles. From a player's point
of view, Gianni's may be a comfortable with a small
time environment. He maun be better off in Chicago for

(35:31):
the NBA, better off in New York for the Knicks
for the NBA, better off in San Francisco for Golden State,
or Los Angeles for NBA. Do you buy into that
or does it not matter that marquee players with a
worldwide name are stuck in a small market.

Speaker 4 (35:45):
Your thoughts, you know, with a person of a mentality
of the Greek freak, you know, he's not he's not
all the publicity. Yeah, that's not what's important to him.

Speaker 5 (35:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
You know, he likes a good home life.

Speaker 5 (35:59):
Yeah you know what I'm saying. Yeah, yeah, and he.

Speaker 4 (36:01):
Wants a little bit of prophisey. So then if he
lands in a big market, how will that affect him?

Speaker 5 (36:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (36:07):
Yeah, yeah, he does not have to trouble uh you know,
real deep traffic yeah throughout Milwaukee.

Speaker 10 (36:14):
Yes, yes, obviously obviously not the same market that you
have a Chicago or even in Detroit.

Speaker 5 (36:19):
Or in Philadelphia or some place like that.

Speaker 10 (36:21):
That's very well said when it comes to I want
to get your if you could have Timmy Young's top
ten players, even because he top five starters, I respects
a position for players right now when we do the
NBA's top one hundred players, obviously most of his guys
not playing anymore other than Steph Courrier and Lebron James,

(36:44):
who would be Tim Young's top five players it regardless
of position in today's game.

Speaker 4 (36:50):
Your thoughts, Wow, uh young kid in San Antonio? Yep,
he by far is a talent. That's not even He
hadn't even scratched surface yet. He can shoot the three,
he can dribble, he can post up. He has some
good news just because of his future is it is

(37:10):
so bright. But I can't take the ball. It's hard
to hit the ball out of Kyrie Urban's hands. Uh
towing him and Chris Paul. I mean, come on, man,
these these are these are some vestments. And and I
really I love to see what what they what they
do after Kevin Durant and Curry. You know they're they're
gonna do their thing. They're gonna they're gonna store the

(37:31):
points like like it needs to be. But the but
you know who's laying out you know what what what
superstar is laying out flying across the floor like we
saw Dennis Rodman do, dalking the balls out of ballant
who's going after all the rebounds? You know, tip tip
tip tip trip, and that's what he does. He tip
tip tip to he got the ball. So you know

(37:52):
today's players don't they don't They don't do the same
as what they once did with the Greek preak watching
I love watching him. One of my favorite people is
just hed mickhil Bridges.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
Yes, he's good. Yeah, I have.

Speaker 4 (38:05):
No idea why I like that long arm wrestler so much.
You know, he's just he's just he's a solid player. Yeah,
they're solid player Yeah, all the way all the way around.
And you know he has he has a great attitude.
Is he going in the top ten? Well, I'm not
gonna put him in the top ten, right, but Bell's
on any team that has him's gonna benefit.

Speaker 5 (38:25):
Yep. Yeah.

Speaker 10 (38:28):
Obviously I noticed you didn't mention Lebron James name yet.
I mean we had I gave you five this's like
fifty guys that could be your top five, But what
is It's because Lebron obviously, with this new money coming
into l A, they're making an exit, a smooth exit,
like you're getting off the frow Fire Freeway.

Speaker 5 (38:47):
In La Lebron's there's still a star.

Speaker 10 (38:50):
Player, dominant talent, but he pulls so much money out
of the out of the bank account, and you gotta
get younger in La. Luca Dontas maybe the future of
l A, but he at least needs to adapt the
work ethic that Lebron has. Lebron probably works works hard
on are as hard as the top of five guys
on any team because he has that rich you can

(39:11):
see in his body. He's forty, but he has a
body of a twenty something, that year old man that's.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
Not by accident.

Speaker 10 (39:16):
He has a work at it that makes it so
Luca doesn't have that work at it. Even if you
make him your number one guy, you can't infuse that
mentality that Lebron has and to Luca. Even if they
want to make Luca the number one, would you agree
with moving on from Luca or you want to put
him at the number one, knowing you're gonna do the
guy that plays defense, he does not play defense.

Speaker 5 (39:34):
Their thoughts.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
I will do it Jimmy, you know. And if I'm
a La Lakers, I'm gonna pull of Jimmy Johnson and
what Jimmy Johnson did with with the Minnesota Vikings and
the cool Herschel Walker on that switch right here. Yep, Yeah,
everything you can because that's what built That's what built
the team. Yes, And and I don't see Luca is
not gonna physically, he's not. He's not going to get

(39:57):
the work. I'm not gonna do that.

Speaker 10 (39:58):
He's not.

Speaker 4 (39:59):
He's undamentally sound player. He's a great player. But for
that for that market to do what needs to be done.
You know, uh Shaq and Kobe Basic for examples in
l A. They laid it down because Shack would go
out and work out, you know, four or five o'clock
in the Morning's work done before seven, and then he
goes and does everything does he needs to do because
he already up early and got it done. You know.

(40:22):
Kobe was a couple of hours later that Ben Shack,
but he stayed in the gym all day.

Speaker 5 (40:27):
All day, all day perfect. You know.

Speaker 10 (40:29):
Yeah, you know, I will go ahead him to go ahead.

Speaker 4 (40:32):
We don't We don't have players doing that anymore. We
have some people, you know, wanting to get that level.
And I love watching these guys who I think the
name is I need. I need to have a ross
in front of me because that name is slipping my mind.
The white kids from the Indianapolis. He flies everywhere on
that court. That right, you could have one of those.

(40:53):
You gonna have somebody with that attitude in every court,
on every team. When you have somebody like that, it
inspires him.

Speaker 10 (41:00):
Yeah, I think you're right, does a lot. This should
be a Dennis Rodman Award. In my opinion, I know
Dennis was the Draymond Green before Draymond Green because he
was always playing the defense was stopper that you need
it to get in your face and make things happen.
Didn't have to score a lot, wasn't great at the
free throw line, but when you needed someone to shut
down the top player, Dennis Rodman was always one of
those guys. And he brought in the hair color and

(41:21):
the tattoos and people who looked at that as much,
but his defense was spectacular and that's.

Speaker 5 (41:27):
Why they could trust him.

Speaker 10 (41:27):
Phil Jackson could trust him and trying to be a
stopper and freeing up blaming for Scottie Pippen, and then
Michael Jordan, I want to ask you one more thing
on NBA basketball, and then I want to get your
thoughts on some football because that's coming right around the
corner in the back nine. I know we had the
Major League Baseball All Star Game coming to Atlanta at
tuest Park in July, but I want to ask your thoughts,
irrespective of where you've been ranked this game seven NBA Finals.

(41:53):
From the outside looking in, how does the NBA position
itself to say this is our marquee game. If it'd
be different Boston versus l A, it'd be different, maybe
the Golden State Warriors versus say the seventy six ers,
or even if you look at the Lakers versus Philadelphia
back of the day, doctor Day Magic Johnson. How would

(42:14):
the world look at this Indiana versus Okay, see you
match up on a world level of your thoughts, It's.

Speaker 4 (42:20):
Not looked at. It didn't have a whole lot of
a lot of needy tour Yeah, yeah, you know, you know,
I don't care how much. It don't matter how much lips.
If you could own it, it's gonna ped Yeah. Right, yeah,
that's kind of the situation we're in right now. You know,
for those of us in the market, Yeah, those of
us Inmokhoma City, Incomer City, in Indiana, in Indianapolis, you

(42:43):
know we're being but but somebody walking down the street
in Cincinnati, Ohio. Yep, Okay, maybe not so much right
in Ohio. You know you live at the Mindianapolis. Yes,
that's not what it is. This is This is not
a large drawn to it. I don't believe it could
be a plot. I believe it to be perfect, perfectly

(43:07):
managed by the general managers from the Pacers, the gender
managers from from Oklahoma City. They've done a fantastic job
to position themselves to get to this spot. Because they
are in this spot, they proved them that they could.
Will you know when Okama See goes to Game seven
of this the Detendee Champions, I doesn't not the Detendy Champetnity.

(43:29):
No one was Boston as any way they chance the
last super years, but they put they put it all together.
But you have but you have to have that continuity
in your management to put the player in the out
there and the best players have put together with the
with the right coaching. Okay, then you did it. So
unfortunately this is a this competition, uh in the NBA,

(43:53):
it's kind of for to speaker, that's the worry called
unintimate consequences. We need for it to be a a
game seven. Yea, we didn't know it was gonna be
these two teams.

Speaker 5 (44:03):
Didn't know it was gonna be DC teams.

Speaker 10 (44:04):
But you get what you get and you just say
you thank you for the effort and the obviously it's
the crescendo for the NBA.

Speaker 5 (44:10):
And to me, it's not gonna go out with a
loud bang.

Speaker 10 (44:13):
But I hope the best team wins and whoever that be,
that it be on the court, decided on the court.
That's my playing and I'm thinking with it.

Speaker 5 (44:19):
I want to ask you before we before we close out.

Speaker 10 (44:22):
I know, college football, I'm not even gonna ask you
as an official who you're picking a game in Game
seven unless you want to volunteer it.

Speaker 4 (44:30):
Yes I'm not I'm not a good predictor. Yes, But
there's too that. There's two things I know. Yes, it's
gonna happen. The team I know who winner is gonna
be is gonna be the team with the most points
exactly zero, exactly. No. I know that I'm anacom A

(44:53):
City fan. Yeah. Uh, I like Indiana. Yeah, but there's
not They're not a team that I just pulled for.

Speaker 5 (45:00):
Yes, but.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Is a question that I fool for? Yeah, I love
that for I mean, I love it's all.

Speaker 5 (45:05):
About Yes, all's fair and neven wore. I want to
close out ask for you.

Speaker 10 (45:09):
I know college football is right around the corner, and
of course NFL football they just had people reporting the
camps and then we have preseasons that's going to start
out in late July, the first I think right around
the end of July for the some of the first
teams that are gonna play their prese is a game.

Speaker 5 (45:26):
What's your feeling about college football right now?

Speaker 10 (45:28):
Obviously it's big in the South, in the SEC, and
I think the Big Twelve. People can say all about
the SEC and the Big Ten, but the Big Twelve.
With Arizona State doing so well last year, obviously they
could have beaten Texas. In my opinion, maybe they should
have beaten Texas. But a call is made that people

(45:51):
don't agree with in Arizona that they love down in Texas.
Anyone can say that about any play, But give me
your feeling. Are you ready for what's the color football?
Are you more looking at still getting into the NFL
starting up in a few months at thoughts.

Speaker 4 (46:05):
Yeah, college football is a lot more fun because of
the crowds that you get. Uh, there's a big difference.
You know, when I moved from Lakahoma City the Dallas
you know, I went from old U Senters to Dallas Cowboys.
So there's a bigger fan base with the Dallas Cowboys
lou Singers, but that is what I was used to
be in this state. And then going from and going
from d from from Dallas to d C, I like

(46:26):
one craft the Redskins get to watch at the time,
we're gonna they were called the Washington Bullets. Yeah yeah,
and then the baseball team hadn't gotten there yet. But
you see, you see the size of the crowds and
and then you know the parapornalia. But I like college
football because there's a young men who are playing for something.
They're not playing now, they're playing for money.

Speaker 5 (46:48):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (46:49):
In the pass they wasn't you know, it wasn't that way.

Speaker 10 (46:51):
Hold on to me, there wasn't legalized money in the past.
But we know some guys are driving pretty big down
in as A.

Speaker 4 (47:01):
That's right, that's right, they were, they were, they were
they were heavy stiling h f filing last ye. But
this is but this is what we actually have now
today you now have what it's called the c a
A A league. This is a lead. Now you've got
these players going from one school to another school. You've

But as I tell you, no matter who you are,
if not what the makings with the Keiths, you need
asset protection. I have a guide to protect, preserve and
transfer wealth. Resource Development Associe and conjuncting with the law
for the attorney Scott, the badul the missing link. Long
term care solutions by the book over three decades of

(56:40):
experience have been seniors get their benefits Medicare and you
taking care of tomorrow in California is called medicalum.

Speaker 5 (56:49):
And other things is called Medicaid.

Speaker 10 (56:51):
Your family and south can't avoid the spin down for
nothing home costs. You gotta find out your office at
eight hundred and seven seven two A six Q four
seven two eighty six twenty four and tell them fixty
cents it. That's our story and I figured with it
were specialize and navigating back to my long term care benefits.

Speaker 5 (57:11):
Protection of your assets is that athletic fixing.

Speaker 10 (57:14):
No asps like the duk that the ad insurance as
you knew a juck cannot protect us on assets.

Speaker 5 (57:20):
That's why you can find them on the dinner table.
It's Betsy on father Day.

Speaker 10 (57:23):
You gotta have asset protection. You gotta have acid protection.
Nobody does it like the RDZ team. Now all paperwork
and communication with all government agencies are hand the biased
staff of Mean Title as specialists.

Speaker 5 (57:37):
We have ongoing consulting to provide updates.

Speaker 10 (57:39):
Ass necessary benefits covering skilled nursing facilities, prescription medications, you know,
like the ones just took this morning, medical cryptic costs,
and more. But not only that. You need to protect
your assets. You need asset protection.

Speaker 5 (57:55):
You know.

Speaker 10 (57:55):
One night I was I was in a deep sleep
with the co rem sleep and hurt. Somebody said big
C and I said, who in the world's calling me?
I sleep alone? It's big White. In the morning, I
heard it again, fixed see wake up? I said, Oh,
my world, who's calling me? He said, it's me Jesus.
Christ said, oh Lord, what do you want Jesus he said,
He said, it's not Bagadi, but you need to protect

(58:16):
your assays, big Ce. You need asset protection. I said,
oh thank god. I thought you could call him something else.
He said, no, it's not your time yet. But you
gotta tell the world if you love me. Jesus said,
if you love me, feed my sheep. I'm saying, if
you love somebody, you need asset protection.

Speaker 5 (58:33):
You gotta protect your assays.

Speaker 10 (58:35):
You gotta have a trust. You gotta have a trust.
We have only going to assault into the White. Updates
ass necessary benefits coverings killed nursing facilities, p's come to medication, medap,
comic cough and more. But not only less protection of
your assets. As Jesus Christ said, you need asset protection.
You gotta have ascid protection called a trust, including your home,

(58:57):
thereby allowing you to leave a legazine for your family
only avoiding the night listening up pastors, avoiding the nightmare
of debt brought by the governments. It's that recovery program
called probage. Now, I know a lot of passes in
fig Sy. I put all my faith in the Lord.
I trust God, but all my hunt my body is loud.

Speaker 5 (59:16):
And that may be so.

Speaker 10 (59:18):
But you gotta have a trust because the probate cork
they don't respect the Bible. Oh I believe that, Mai
se Well, it's truth. If you don't have a trust
and you go in to the probate court with the Bible,
you're gonna lose.

Speaker 5 (59:30):
They take up to forty percent of your estate and
they may take.

Speaker 10 (59:33):
Up to three years.

Speaker 5 (59:33):
If you have a trust, you decide who your state
goes to. If that makes sense to you. What about
Jesus Christ when I crowd ah Father.

Speaker 10 (59:42):
Well, all respect included, Jesus couldn't eve protect himself that's
why he was crucified. He was crying, ah b father,
but God didn't protect him. He made him go through
the crucive station so he can have the resurrection. You
don't want to deal with that in probate Cork. You
deal with that by having a trust. I had some
tell me, not the lawyers you fell on hanging out

(01:00:02):
outside of home people, but some av rated lawyers through
Martin Dell Hubble, they made the lawyers in the country.

Speaker 5 (01:00:07):
They said, big C. I said, he what's up? They said,
would you.

Speaker 10 (01:00:10):
Believe that seven out of ten Americans refused to have
a will on a trust.

Speaker 5 (01:00:18):
I said, oh, you must be autioping mind, he.

Speaker 10 (01:00:20):
Said, simply asked ask ten people that you know, seven
hundred ten with truth. They have a will, win a trust,
but they go on vacation. They're buying fafty cars. Some
people buy a purse that caused more than the trust
with the RDC teams, but they.

Speaker 5 (01:00:35):
Refuse to protect their assets. They need asset protection.

Speaker 10 (01:00:39):

See if I do trust for seven years? Se why
the rust? The RDAC team, Well, I'm glad you asked.

Speaker 10 (01:01:08):
You gotta know. Ask your friend who did that trust
for you? If they know how to trigger your long
term care in titlement?

Speaker 5 (01:01:16):
What kind of a titlement?

Speaker 10 (01:01:17):
Sixteen as the person who did your trust? If they
know how the trigger your long term care entitlement? If
we all live long enough, half of us will need
at some point in life long term care and titlement
is in entitlement. The RDT s they know how to
trigger it. But the RDC team, you know what you
get with us protection insurance coverage required by a law

(01:01:40):
general liability, workers compensation lawyers specializing in living trust, medicaid
and medical planning for long term care avoid probate. Life
insurance is veteran benefits a ant atendus?

Speaker 5 (01:01:53):
What about fixed that sessimen? See what the trust protests that.

Speaker 10 (01:01:55):
I'm glad to ask because when those get the dull
law from the come out of the top dog law,
dot COM's come after your assets.

Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
You hear the commercials on TV.

Speaker 10 (01:02:03):
They say, if we take on your case, if we
don't win, you don't pay what they say, yes, if
we don't win, then you don't pay.

Speaker 5 (01:02:14):
Well, then how do they make money?

Speaker 10 (01:02:15):
Big ce because they know seven out of ten Americans
pursue to protect their assets, so they know they're gonna
get adjusted against you because they come after your bank account,
your checking account, your savings account, your money market account,
specificause of that posit life insurance with cast values, your
sixteen de actinuities? What about the variable assets percie will

(01:02:35):
to trust protect that I'm glad to ask because the
trust projector your role date, your qualified money, your IRA
is your four O one case.

Speaker 5 (01:02:42):
It's other investments for example, avoid capital gains. How do
you do that? Sixteed They see you buy a house.

Speaker 10 (01:02:48):
For one hundred thousand dollars and then one year later
that house appreciates some one million dollars.

Speaker 5 (01:02:55):
But that's a nine hundred thousand dollars capital game. You
avoid that, but it trust.

Speaker 10 (01:03:00):
The tenent business owners are tigent business owners over three
decades of serious You can find out your other officers
